The key I can't figure out is that
If the parallel circuits is connected to a voltage source
I can easily know the value of Vc(0-)=Vc(0+)=voltage source
But they're connected to a current source
That's what really confuses me

: 由於要求的是VR以及VL的电压值
: 这都是属於非连续的=>你得从0+的状态利用电路关系试求解
: 所以此时都跟VC(0+)有关=>她是定值
: 且VR(0+)=VL(0+)=VC(0+)=0V.....所以0V
