标题[问题] HSPICE电阻

小弟最近要用SPICE模拟
想要呼叫.18的电阻进来
之前也有爬文过了
但怎麽样都显示错误 说无法定义
麻烦大大们帮我看看感恩
想呼叫电阻的形式
.subckt rppo1rpo n1 n2 l=length w=width mf=1
我想把电阻组成一个子电路 用下面的语法写出来
.subckt R-twoR VDD Vout RT1 RT0
XR1 VDD Vout rppo1rpo L=10u W=2u mf=3
XR2 Vout RT1 rppo1rpo L=10u W=2u mf=6
XR3 VDD RT1 rppo1rpo L=10u W=2u mf=3

XR5 VDD RT0 rppo1rpo L=10u W=2u mf=6
