标题[问题] hspice扫描W/L变数设定与rds之变化

题目如下
For an NMOS transistor with W/L=4, VGS=0.75V and
VDS=0.5V,
use HSPICE to plot gds and rds as a function of
channel length (L=0.18~2um).
Comment on the result.

我把x设为1u变数，再用.dc去变动
但这样好像跑不出我要的值
不知道错在哪?

3F：→ corydoras09: 可是原本就宣告为1u了不是吗? 还是要改成10/22 01:32

找到问题了，hspicerf不支援lx8指令
