标题[问题] Charge-Sharing SAR ADC

charge-sharing SAR ADC的架构如下:

用hspice给ramp测试INL DNL时，发现有nonlinearity的情形
确认过有足够的settling time，以及comparator可以比较出1/4LSB
实在找不出原因，希望版上的高手不吝指点
