标题[问题] SPAT RF swich直流电源时间设20ms

请教此题如何解：
Device Under Test is SPAT RF swich. II has two control-voltage sources to select the state (00, 01, 10, 11). The DC source set up time need 20ms. And we just sequence se the DC source. What is thie fast time we can test for all the 4 states?感谢各位神人！
