标题[文法] (高手请进！) the + adj (2/2)

怕讨论串混乱，所以分开问 (2/2)
请问高手们一个英文文法问题
(就算不是高手也欢迎参与讨论)
有关 the + adj 的问题
贺立民文法书：

the beautiful = beauty (我可以理解)
the good = goodness (我也可以理解)
我的问题是....
因为 the rich = rich people
那.....
The beautiful可以解释成 beautiful people吗？
The good可以解释成 good people吗？
例如
The beautiful are not always the good.
(美人未必总是善人)
还有书上的the wise = wisdom people
那我可以造下面这样的句子吗？
The wise is not always available.
the wise = wisdom (可以吗？？？)
我觉得都可以
但是我不确定
所以想请教高手们

1F：→ kaifrankwind: 应该是不行 the adj. 会等於拥有该属性的人还是该 05/26 21:23
2F：→ kaifrankwind: 属性本身 这大概是由习惯决定 05/26 21:24
3F：推 b9910: beautiful的例子不好 其实该句子不用加the也行 05/26 21:58
4F：推 b9910: 另外, The beautiful用复数当然也行. 05/26 22:00
5F：→ b9910: 这个例句用单数或复数都能说得通... 05/26 22:01
