各位高手好，我又来问问题了， 最近在学英文契约， 恳求推荐教材， 有中文讲解最佳， 因为想做到能中英文契约翻译， 最近在网路上买了一本韩国人写的书， 虽然是台湾出版社有请专家翻译过的， 但是那中文翻译品质让人..... 害我都不知道到底是原作者的问题， 还是我资质太过愚钝。 这段话的意思我搞不懂： The test of enforcement of that contract is, would a reasonable person in the buyer's shoes, knowing everything the buyer knows, believe that the seller intended to contract. So, the test would look at the language of the writing on the claim check; were the details complete enough? And, was the price reasonable that the parties agreed to? 我翻译是这样： 测试这个契约是否可执行的方法是， 是否有一个理性的人在买家的鞋子里， 知道任何买家的想法， 相信卖家有意立契约， 所以，这测试将要依照写在claim check上的文字内容而定， 是否细节都满足了 还有，价格是否能让对方满意？ 搞不懂的点， 为什麽会有人在买家鞋子里， 以及claim check是什麽？ -- 如果还有来世，我想当一个兽人 --
