标题[文法] 这个句子的文法

原文:The 12-bit literal ‘k’ is loaded into the File Select Register pointed
to by ‘f’.
问题:pointed to by 'f'。
这边应该是File Select Register which is pointed to by 'f'省略which is。
想请问可以这样用吗?两个prep.放在一起?
