我看到的google翻译是 议员说这种毒品(大麻)开放对於州(内华达州)的有好处的意思
但是我自己翻怎麽一直翻成 这个州因为大麻合法化 所以大麻可以蓬勃发展..
究竟是哪一个意思呢? 谢谢
