标题[文法] do/does与be於主被动的使用

在做主被动置换题目时遇到的问题，想请问各位:
1.Does Prof.Shapiro teach that course ? No, he doesn't
→(被动) [Is] that courses be taught by Prof. Shapiro? No, it [is] not taught
by him.
书上没有提及be V 与助动词的置换，查过网路好像是因为一般V在疑问句or否定句下无法
表达，需要助动词的帮助，想请问be V与do/does是可以随意置换吗? 还是有主被动的限制
? 从这边看好像是被动用be V, 主动用do/does
2.When was ink first used? No one knows when [ink was] first used.
[]中可以顺序可以对换吗? →No one knows when [was ink] first used.

12F：→ dunchee: 句的 teach --> 本身无助动词，所以要用疑问句来写就一定 09/16 23:21
13F：→ dunchee: 要补上助动词(第一句开头的 Does) 09/16 23:21
14F：→ dunchee: 而一般动词的「被动式」是由两个字构成，比如第二句的 09/16 23:21
15F：→ dunchee: is taught，因为已经有 "is"了，所以用用疑问句来写时就 09/16 23:21
16F：→ dunchee: 直接用-->把 Is 移到前头即可 09/16 23:21
