标题[文法] I think it important 的用法

之前在新闻中看过这段话，对其文法有点不明白：

这是前 FBI 局长 James Comey 下台後在国会听证会做出的陈述。

我一直觉得 think it 跟 really important 中间少了 be 动词 was，但查了朗文词典也有类似的用法：

I thought it best to call first.
I thought it appropriate to invite her to speak at the meeting.
这里为甚麽会少了 be 动词呢？
我才疏学浅，看得懂文意搞不懂文法。

PS.英国《卫报》跟美国《纽约时报》等网站多是写 thought it really important，但美国 CNBC 则是写为 thought it was really important。

1F：→ scju: it是虚的代名词，代替後面那个不定词片语。也就是後面不定09/17 00:56
2F：→ scju: 词片语可以移到it的位置，加以取代。09/17 00:56
3F：→ sunny1991225: 同楼上所说 这是虚受词的用法09/17 02:15
4F：→ sunny1991225: 朗文字典上其实也有写 这种句构和有加that it...的09/17 02:20
5F：→ sunny1991225: 版本几乎没有差别，只是比较节俭而已09/17 02:20
6F：→ sunny1991225: (有加that it...的版本因为整个受词变成noun clause09/17 02:22
7F：→ sunny1991225: 所以需要补一个动词(be09/17 02:22
8F：→ sunny1991225: 只是直接接it的版本句构会比较像svoc而不是svo这样09/17 02:42
