请教有一段文章
大部分的要求取决於参与人员的技巧、训练及态度。
Much depends on the skill, training and attitudes of the personnel involved.
"参与人员" "personnel involved"
为什麽不是 "involved(形容词) personnel(名词)"
而是 "personnel(名词) involved(形容词)"
这样文法对吗?? (名词+形容词)
