我的问题在於 "comes to more than 13%"是指
6% central excise +
5% VAT +
CST, octroi, entry tax etc. = 13%
还是
CST, octroi, entry tax etc.＝13％
此外，new Goods and Services Tax regime的rate 12％
是指13%改成12%吗?
