标题[请益] 有关much的使用方式请益

请问各位英语高手
much一般文法书上说用於疑问句或否定句
<ex> I have much money. (X)
应该改为 I have a lot of money.(O)
但在造倍数词的英文句子时却看到文法书上写
He has three times as much money as I (have).
这不是肯定句吗？为什麽用在这里就可以呢？
