标题[文法] 被动式的时态

想请问一题被动语态文法题
In Peckham yesterday a shop assistant
(1) was forced (force) to hand over ?500 after (2) being threatened
(threaten) by a man with a knife. The man escaped in a car which (3) had been
stolen (steal) earlier in the day.
The car (4) was later found (later find) in a car park where it (5) had been a
bandoned (abandon) by the thief. A man (6) has been arrested (arrest) in conne
ction with the robbery and (7) is still being question (still question) by the
police.
我想请问第7格为何不能使用
still have been questioned

1F：→ dunchee: 最简单的解释是"have been questioned"的动作已经结束(08/29 21:24
2F：→ dunchee: (question(动)不是持续性质的动词--警方已经问完就是问完08/29 21:25
3F：→ dunchee: 了-> 抢匪被问完了，就没有一直继续被问下去 )。而"still08/29 21:25
4F：→ dunchee: "是表达动作持续意思的副词，两者意思互相抵触，所以这不08/29 21:25
5F：→ dunchee: 是答案 08/29 21:25
6F：→ dunchee: is still being question->questioned 08/29 21:26
