大家好，想请问下面这道题目：
That the psychopharmacological journal had already published the findings of

答案是B: 无用的。
想问的是这句话文法上面要怎麽解释呢？
想确定 That the psychopharmacological journal had already published the findings of
the clinician`s experiment 是名词子句作为主词？
还有个问题是他人解答说这是倒装句，我不知道要怎麽倒装。
是把 S. + V. + O. + OC 改成S. + V. + OC. + O.吗？
一般而言有这样的改法吗？因为查倒装句都只查到主词和动词改顺序。
