google翻译: that ever could be reached => 无法实现的
ever: adv, at all times; always.
could: auv, used to indicate ability or permission in the past.
看了以上对ever与could的解释，怎麽看都是: 总是可以被实现
是我哪里逻辑错了吗? 为什麽ever could会变成否定?
