标题[请益] 怎麽看这种文诌诌的文章?

我觉得这段文章念起来文法一点都不对，很像是在卖弄文字的感觉。
From the goals of extendibility and reusability, ____ <- 这边应该加主要句子
作者用了,____, <-(两个逗点中间的为补充子句)来补充extendibility与reusability，这
边我还看得懂，但後面接了follows我就看不懂了，不应该是接动词才对啊?
然後, made of automomous software components我也看不懂是在补充哪个东西
请问高人，遇到这种没有文法文章，我要怎麽阅读?
