标题[求译] 一题翻译矛盾

中文我想表达：在球场上它教会我能够处理高压情况，并且「不被外物所干扰」
英文我翻成： It has taught me how to handle high pressured situations without
outside distraction.
想问後半段 without outside distraction 那是否怪怪的 ？还是该用with或者其他用法
？
