Well, I had that experience before.
Actually, there aren't any particular rules or manner or it.
Just like going out with a friend.
And in your first meeting, you can discuss about the way you would like
to meet in the future.(We often went to have a meal or saw movies, both
for fun and learning.)
Treat her/him as a new friend. Show your country and culture to her/him
Ha~~~Language exchange is not only learning but also making good friends.
