Although I am not so familiar with strategy games , I still know Starcraft is really a classical , right ? :) When it comes to strategy games , I really didn't play many. I only played a little WarCraft III, but I knew why people love it after playing. Its amazing graph really takes me to another fantastic world. And what surprises me is that it dosen't need high-level hardware to run although it has so many details. Another good strategy game I've played is Pikmin 2. It's a Nintendo's TVgame on GameCube. It's very different from other strategy games because the characters players controlled are not human , human-like life beings or high-tech machines but some very small & cute aliens called Pikmin. Players have to control them to collect the garbages such as empty cans on the earth to make money for their debt on their own planet. And the most interesting thing of the game is that players will experience the world we know through those small aliens' eyes. So, I guess games really provide us with a lot of fantasy that can never happen in reality. I am so glad you also have fun in games , especially with friends ^^~ --
