It's March, but the weather is so cold! I thought I will be skinner in spring, unfortunatly, there's no spring!!!!! Then I keep my mouth filled with food...and never stop. I've tried to stop it, but in vain. oh....i want to be skinner....!!!!! I need spring!!!! I don't want to live with 'cold' and let it cause me to eat so muchhhh!!!! Now I try to have 'bike riding' on my bed every night.= = Hope it work! dear all, do you have anyway to keep on diet? (I mean keep my mouth on diet) It's cold today. plz ware more when u're outside. :) --
