I used the Tape Recorder (built in) on my Windows system
Here is how you find the Tape Recorder:
开始→程式集→附属应用程式→娱乐→录音机
Of course you need a microphone to record it.
Click the ● button to record and █ button to stop
Save the file and upload to webpages
Done.
