标题[Talk] Does Scotsmen honor their nationally than England?
时间Mon Dec 27 17:39:21 2010
For the First time Poing on this arena, may I say sorry first before I avoid
any rules here.
While feel boring at an hour ago, I have been browseing Google Map for
whether something interesting or not.
When I focus on the border of England and Scotland with Street View, I find
an generally feature: A visible sign with "Welcome to Scotland" always stand
beyond the road, showing people a Scotland flag at the side of Scotland; as
the Endland side, I almost cannot find a mark, or just a low stele with
"Endland" words of black and gray.
It shocks me for why the two region show the big difference, and makes me
remember that there was a depiction about the strong nationaily of Scotsmen,
even they are now the part of British, on my history textbook when I was a
high school's student.
Does the divergence on the border really show the difference of England and
Scotland? And is this true that all Scotsmen hate British and honor their
nationaily?

I wish I could hear the answer of the back question from man live in British
or has interacted with Scotsmen.
Another reason for me posting my question here is for there has no arena but
"London" seems suitable for discuss issues about British in PTT.
And for may not attending discusscmuch time, can I ask here without intr? ^^"
