标题[Talk] How to improve my English writing?

Sigh.....So far I still can't catch the fluent English writing skills.
Maybe, I think, it need to be practised and trained.
May I inquire every predecessor of good writing ability that what kind of
efforts and disciplines have you done?
As to myself, I just focus on enlarge my vocabulary and study the structure
of articles by means of broadly reading.
Can everyone give me some advices?
