标题[Talk] lay off

Today i received an command to reassign to another branches of our
group because we didn't have as many orders as we expect, which means there
were surplus manpower in out branch.
The department of human resurce if we can't find a position in other branches
at the end of June, they will have no choice but to let us go.
this is my first time to experience this kind of situation. they will pay
employees who can't find a jobs in other branches a mount of may base on how
long this employee have worked for this branch. I have already decided to
accept the money and find a job in other company..
