标题[Talk] English speaking only..

Hi, guys
I'm Jasper, 23/m/tainan , just had finished my college life,my English is so
poor and this problem is arround me so far especially the English proverbs.
Therefore, I have to find someone to practice English speaking with me,
but please be patien,
because sometimes I couldnt understand what you talking about . :)
I hope we can chat in skype, and maybe we can find a topic to read to upgrade
our speaking capability be more fluently or just talking nonsense about our
life, I dont care about it but English only..
Anyway, thank you guys for reading this info , I really wanna change my life
not only just stay in Taiwan but also go aboard to get challenge by myself.
