标题[Mind] I am a bad student!!

oh no I'm used to staying up late late so late veryvery late now.
I'm addicted to this bad habit.
what should I do ????
It is impossible for me to fall asleep before 12 o'clock...
and I always feel very tired in the morning...then fall asleep in the class...
I neeeeeeeeeeeeeeed to CHANGE!!
