标题[Ask ] how to be aggressive?

Recently I have been upset.
Being in an unstable company, in a position with good title but few power
and resource, I think it is almost time to make up my mind and leave since
I have learned every detail I should know in this job.
I know I am smart, I gain a lot of knowledge by self-learning,
but I just don't know how to be aggressive.
Yesterday someone said that I am dull.
I felt embarrassed and offended but I couldn't say anything
for what he said is so true.
I am quiet.
I feel more comfortable doing data analysis in the office than
talking nonsense with custmers in dinner party.
I think I would be a very good staff member.
Maybe I will never be talented in marketing.
I am so lost in career life.
I have to shake myself up but I have no confidence at all.
