标题[Ask ] I have a question of a slang

I have a question of a slang about "Secrets Compliance"
and involve a word "cat", any one know how can we say the slang?
just cuz I was busy doing sth, like school affairs, subjects,
and trying no meet my new classmates, I'm now turning to a new class
And the annoying summer traing of my school has been starting,
I still have to concentrate on my studies.
But now I still would like to stay here for my English communicating
with all of the board mates,too.
Keeping touch in English, is one of the neccersary things in my life.
