标题[Talk] Monkey's Birthday in Kaohsiung

Does anyone live here in Kaohsiung?
As I walked out this morning, I bumped into the Monkey's Birthday.
It was raining under the big sunshine.
I haven't seen this for a while.
I am always mesmerised by it and this brought back my London memories
where I have encountered quite a few similar occasions.
So, I wonder if it is the same in other areas today in Taiwan.
If you have spotted a rainbow, please do share.
