I look up dictionary many times. I even look at the chinese traslation so I could understand what the article saying at final. Then,they generate incremental sales or offer unigue products to encourage their clients to buy commodities. However, the results of higher cotton and other commodity costs and wages in China that prompted retailors put forward disappointing outlooks. To response to this situation, they controlls their costs to combat rising cotton prices and inflationary pressures. Also, they use new technoloty to interact with shoppers as well because two-thirds of consumers spending is on these kind of services. A company called Adidas said:" we are looking to increase our conversion rate." To reach their goal, they are planning to roll out virtial footwear walls in their shops. The wall does not only allow consumers to view product in full size but also show what other clients are saying about a product. The wall includes camera to analyse shoppers' information. In conclusion, companies need to have connectiveity in stores. No doubt, consumers want a two-way conversation. --
