Well, I've been baking food (such as bread, scone etc.)for weeks. I made it just for the sake of it, just have a enthusiasm. It reminds me of an work experience. I was a baker since I resigned first job, it was a massive courage to me. The job was quite hard, because of my insistant, so I did it as long as I could. Luckily I had some good collegues who paid lots of patience and generous mind to teach me. I definately had really good time in bakery. :) Baking always makes me to forget any worries, I can focus on the dough, thinking how I could make well, after that, time goes so rush, but bread which's appearance is so nice. At that time, I feel satisfed and everything is worth ! --
