标题[Talk] need power

when i was young ,in senior high school,there was a bestseller
"the last lecture",written by a cmu professor.i can't ever remember his name
but i have still remembered what he had said in the book:"
we cannot change the cards we are dealt, just how we play the hand."
i am frustrated because of my ill condition ,the bad sleeping quality ,
almost taking all my happiness.
Sometimes,i talk myself i can't do anything . What i want to do is just
a ridiculous daydream. Should i try? should i keep being faith in it?
