i personally have always loved mathematics, whether i admit it or face it or not... i naturally think in my mind things related to mathematics, and gradually learned to feel the peace and truth inside it. one thing i have experienced over the years is that mathematics alone is not enough. for example, the faith and tenacity behind the frustration of mathematical research process needs many things for assistance, like the holy bible. i have come up to the conclusion that mathematics is mathematics, and it is a self-sustained subject, like the self-adjoint operator in linear algebra... i like mathematics, and i do mathematics. --
