申覆原因：
根据原文Netter 3th图谱p132,136
Netter 2th 中文图谱 p132,133
ant. choroidal a 是『直接』起源自中大脑动脉（middle cerebral a）
因为本题是问直接起自，在选项中并无精确答案，故本题宜送分。

更可以明显看出flexor carpi ulnaris 的肌腱也不通过腕隧道。
