the sea 是一篇很简单、平淡的故事。
感觉很像有一个人吞吞吐吐地在跟你说一个秘密。
John Banville 的逗点下的很美，用字谴词隽永，(字典字典…)
生命中的两个时间交叠错落地呈现。
写男孩初萌的情慾，从女人到女孩，写走进大宅院的局外人。
写他童年时发现的一个秘密。
写男人和患病的妻子，那种近乎无情的互讽互嘲，
写男人和冷淡的女儿，身在咫尺心在天涯的疏离感。
一切是那麽平凡、简单，却又是那麽地让人难忘。
我还是比较喜欢石黑一雄的 Never Let me Go，
不过愁绪轻淡淡的 the Sea，看起来真的很舒服。
