protagonists:
Daniel Defoe, _Moll Flanders_;
Samuel Richardson, _Pamela_ and _Clarissa_;
Marquis de Sade, _Justine_;
Gustav Flaubert, _Madame Bovary_ (just too classical XD);
Thomas Hardy, _Tess of the D'Urvervilles_;
(as to Henry James's _The Portrait of A Lady_, I am not sure)
: 我知道Dreiser另一本小说Jennie Gerhardt主人翁也是女性
: 还有名着Vanity Fair也是以女人为主角而作家是男性
: 还有没有什麽小说(或是)名着是这样呢?
: 最好是近100年的
: 因为前阵子读到很多刻划女性角色很细腻的都是由女性作家写的
