标题[问题] 汇款至eTrade的网银设定

我在eTrade有开一个证券户(security account)
然後我想把华南银行的外币帐户里的美金汇过去 (这应该就叫「入金」吧？)
上网看到它的官网写：

我就照这资讯去华南银行柜台设了汇出汇款的约定帐户
但今天华南银行打给我说我设的这个有问题，说约定帐户要设eTrade而不是Wells Fargo
请问有人知道要把钱从台湾转到eTrade Security该怎麽做吗？
