他是说temporary employment的数目，已经远超过了可解释的程度
那什麽是可解释的程度呢? 就是根据调查，自己偏好temporary jobs的比例
意思是说
真正从事temporary jobs的人数，比自愿当temporary employee的人要多很多
表示 现在temporary employee的数目是不合理的
很多人士想当正职员工当不到 或者被公司凹 才变成 temporary employment
