stagnation and restrictive regulations inhibited investment in new oil fields.
In consequence, Utranian oil exporters dropped steadily as old firlds became
depleted. Utrania's currently improving economic situation, together with
less-restrictive regulations, will undoubtedly result in the rapid development
of new fields. However, it would be premature to conclude that the rapid
development of new fields will result in higher oil exports, because ______.

我选(E)...答案是(B) 我不懂为什麽 Utranians拥有automobiles的人比例增加 应该是
用油会增加 为什麽要选(B)...谢谢
