multiple of 100 应该是 100, 200, 300, 400...
所以应该是说这些倍数中 最接近x的是500
所以 x 可能从451~499 (1) x<500
同理 y 可能从351~399 (2) y<400
x+y 可能 802~898 所以最接近的multiple of 100有可能是800或900
故选E
