知道A D 都是因为 比较不同类所造成(people & enrollment不同类)
但实在不知道 B 和 C 的错点在哪里
OG上解释:
C~ equal通常後接不可数名词 (EX: equal justice)
不知道各位对於B 和 C 的看法
