举个例子吧，40=2*2*2*5，即23* 5，3就是2-height 的值，再如12=2*2*3，
即2的二次方乘以3，所以2就是2-height 的值。
总的来说，就是把一个整数分解成质数的乘积，其中2的幂就是2-height 的值。
题目已经有解释2-height of x的意思 , 但是2-height是X的因数之一~并不代表=X
2-height of x is defined to be the greatest nonnegative integer n such
that 2n (2的n次方)is a factor of x.
2n|x ,n为max值
题目问K的n值是否大於m的n值
(1) 2^k |K , 2^n |N , 但因为k=常数*2^k 或N=常数*2^n ,不知道常数,无法确认大小~
(2)k分解後比m多至少一个2 => k的n至少比m的n多1 -- 充分
K/M=2t, => K=2tM, K比m多2t倍~ => 2-height比M高~选(B)
