想确认一下，
我之前报名泰国机考後有一封确认信，
上面有一段关於reschedule的说明:
You must reschedule or cancel your test no later than 3 full days before your
appointment (not including the day of the test or the day of your request) or
your test fee will be forfeited. The rescheduling fee is US$40
也就是说三天後就不能改地点了..囧
除非损失全部的报名费，是这样吗
