表示半径r = C / (2*pi)
而曲率 = 半径的倒数 = (2*pi) / C

A是十位数, B是个位数，依照左边column的解释：
10A + B = 2 * (A+B)
整理後： 8A = B
又A、B都是阿拉伯数字(0~9)，依照简易代入可发现只有
A=1、B=8时成立
所以 18 > 16 => A>B => answer: A
: 3另外 在问一下 units digit 是指 个位数吗?
