X是一个集合，假设X里最小的数是a，那最大的可能的数是a+21.5
同理，设设Y里最小的数是b，那最大的可能的数是b+9.5
所以K+M最小的可能是a+b,最大的可能是a+21.5+b+9.5=a+b+31
所以答案是31
