某事件发生的机率适用比例来表示，发生的机率比上不发生的机率
Pat兄赢得奖品的机率是4比3，Pat兄不赢的机率是多少？
既然4：3赢的话..3就是输啦
所以机率应该是3/（4+3）=3/7
不知道各位高手小弟这样解有没有错误
