我的想法是
题目的问题是说 把20个人分成好几个group 每个group的人数不一定
但是不同的group人数不能比其他任何一个组多过於一人
for instance
像A每组至少有3人
所以20/3=6....2 意即可分为六组
但有两组是四个人 符合题目的要求
但是如果分为五组 每组四个人 也符合要求
所以不能比较col A colB 的大小
