为什麽课长和总理的交易是以解除(或者说是扫荡？)九课
作为选举後以监察部调查药岛干事长的条件阿？
感觉这两码子事好像没啥关系阿
还是说是因为当时的九课已经曝光了 造成民意的反弹吗@@
